SHIPPING
We charge a standard shipping fee of $10 within Australia
AbanEco will not be liable for packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses, lost and forlorn packages, or any other fault carried out by those ferrying your orders across country. Refunds or replacement of goods will unfortunately not be provided in these circumstances.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Refunds will only be provided for defective goods if we can’t offer a replacement.
Refunds will be offered if the item has been delivered damaged, incorrect or faulty.
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, providing us with a photo of the faulty or damaged product.
Once a refund is confirmed, we will respond with instructions on how to return the product and any other conditions you might need to know about.
All products must be returned in their original, unused condition.
Every piece in our collection is crafted by the loving hands of our artisans meaning each piece is unique and therefore variations in colours, sizes or uneven surfaces are not considered faulty.
Handy tip: keep the original packaging for ease of return. This will be extra helpful with bigger items.
Please note that we do not accept returns on Sale Items.
AbanEco is not responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. These are at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.
